On May 16, 2011 «Baltic Engineering Company» signed a contract with «Imperia Pharma» for the construction of it's administrative office building and automated warehouse. The complex will be located at the adress of Predportovaya street, 3. The building will be 26 742 sq.m.
The logistical center is inteded for the service of the entire market of North-West Federal district. It will contain automated sex tier zone for storage, comission zone for 18 000 trade names: from medicine to medical equipment.
