General Contractor «Baltic Engineering Company» continues building of logistics complex Osinovaya Roscha along with its Customer «STERH» Corporation.
At present the construction of the «First» warehouse logistics complex with total area of 54,000 m2 is being carried out.
The object is divided into three launch queues. The first queue was put into comission in the first quarter of this year, the second phase (6-12th scale) is being prepared to be put in commission by 01.08.2013, and the third queue, refrigerated warehouse (1-6th scale), - by 10.09.2013.
«Second» warehous of the complex with total area of 33,100 m2 was put into operation in 2011.
