General contractor "Baltic Engineering Company" has concluded the next contract with the Customer, Corporation "Sterkh".
The general contractor "Baltic Engineering Company" concluded a contract for the construction of the "fourth" warehouse of the Logistic Complex "Osinovaya Roshcha", with a total area of 37 580 m2, the Customer is «Sterkh».
Currently dry, multi-temperature warehouses, refrigerated and low-temperature chambers, open storage areas for cars, office premises, as well as posts of St. Petersburg and Central Excise Customs operate on the territory of the terminal.
These are technically complex objects, in the construction of which our company has established itself as a reliable General Contractor.The new warehouse will become a part of the developed logistics infrastructure of the terminal.
The warehouse is built taking into account modern technologies, using high-quality materials.
The planned commissioning for the "fourth" warehouse is December 2018.
