General contractor "Baltic engineering company" put into operation the branch of OOO "UNILEVER RUS"
JSC "Baltic engineering company", in accordance with the signed General contract agreement with the Customer LLC" Unilever Rus", put into operation the object: "Reconstruction of the existing factory for the production of home care products and personal hygiene products LLC"Unilever Rus".
The General contractor's obligations include reconstruction of existing buildings and construction of new ones.
Main types of work:
- Dismantling of existing auxiliary structures;
- Removal of existing networks from the construction site;
- Reconstruction of the existing production building;
- New construction:
-Production and warehouse module;
-The support module;
-Warehouse module;
-Accomplishment of territory.
Technical and economic indicators of the project:
- Area (total) of buildings, including: Warehouse, ABK, Production 7 620m2;
- Warehouse area of 6300m2;
- The area of the auxiliary module is 440m2;
- The area of the production module is 880m2;
- The land area 66 of 385m2.
During the production of works at the existing industrial enterprise, attention to the issues of labor protection and construction safety was especially important. In this area, the specialists of JSC "Baltic engineering company" interacted and constructively cooperated with representatives of the Technical customer of construction-the company "AECOM" - the owner of a record 360 awards of the National security Council (NSC) of the United States.
