General contractor "Baltic Engineering Company " reports that the Agreement on General with the "Unilever Rus" for the reconstruction of the existing factory for the production of home care and personal care products, as well as landscaping of the adjacent territory. Civil works are carried out in order to expand storing space areas in warehouses and also due to change of transport patterns in delivery of packaging and raw materials which is done for optimization of human and economic costs , as well for for the integrated development of transport and engineering infrastructure of the production site. The object is located by the following adress: St. Petersburg, Progonnaya Street, 1, lit. A.
The total area of the reconstruction of industrial buildings is approximately 10,000 sq.m.
