Restoration of the building "House 12" on the island of New Holland.
In July 2020, the 12th building of the architectural ensemble of the island of New Holland was commissioned. This is the fifth object of cultural heritage in the company's assets and the fourth object restored under the contract between the General contractor Baltic engineering company and the customer New Holland development.
The total area of the building is 15,900 m2. The restoration, during which the historic building was adapted for modern use, lasted 3 years. During this time, 20,000 square meters were restored. m of brick facades, internal walls and vaults, 400,000 historical bricks were used in the work, 300 sq. m were restored. m of historical granite and limestone elements, and 4,500 sq. m of brick seams.
The restoration and restoration of the Monnier vaults with a total area of 6,000 sq.m. was also carried out. the restored building houses the Garage Museum of modern art and the Digital house of Gazprom Neft, the Cococo bistro cafe and the Cococouture restaurant.
Prior to the start of cooperation with New Holland development, the General contractor already had experience in successfully implementing projects for the restoration of cultural heritage objects of a similar level of complexity (A. D. Sheremetev's Mansion-the former house of writers on Shpalernaya street, 18.)
